Reagan: “Those Voices Don’t Speak for the Rest of Us.”

“Flopping Aces” blog posted this great video and it was so good I had to share it too. Former President Reagan speaks to us from the past reminding us we don’t need the “Elite Few” telling us what we want.

Now, if only we could get these D.C. elitists to watch and realize what they are doing wrong…

The U.S. Constitution learn it, love it, and protect it.

U.S. citizens have had a long hard struggle over the last decades preventing elitists, bureaucrats, lawyers, and judges who constantly tell us they know better  from whittling away at our country’s greatest document The U.S. Constitution. These know-it-all’s continue to justify their insanity attempting to convince us that this document of basic undeniable rights is somehow outdated or needs to be changed, utter and absolute nonsense!

These fringe elements keep saying things like “The Constitution is a living breathing document that needs to change with the times.” Balls I say! Our Constitution is a “living breathing document” in that it is just as valid and necessary now, if not more so, than it ever was! We must learn to protect ourselves from these nuts who want to create an elitist structure where only a minuscule portion of the population have any rights or decision making ability. There’s too much Big Brother style government now and it’s getting worse and worse under Obama’s administration. The 2012 election year might be the supposed end of the world to some people who put stock in such prophecies, but it can’t come soon enough to get this clown out of the oval office!

Obama sez Obey!!

A threat to citizens’ rights.

A recent poll shows Americans believe the government is the biggest threat to citizens’ rights.

Fifty-six percent of people questioned in a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey released Friday say they think the federal government’s become so large and powerful that it poses an immediate threat to the rights and freedoms of ordinary citizens.

Since when does having standards become racism?

I respect John McCain, however his daughter Meghan needs to keep her opinions to herself. If she is truly a representative
of her generation, then things are worse than I ever imagined.

In her opinion Meghan seems to think that just because many people in our country are concerned about the obvious educational deficiencies of our young, somehow in her mind this translates as being ‘racist’. This is one more reason we need to get the neo-hippy socialists out of our educational systems.

American youth have more potential in them than any other, however they are not being given the knowledge and discipline needed to become informed and well educated voters. Being concerned about this is not ‘racist’ it is normal, and it is abnormal to allow this trend to continue.

I think Meghan has spent too much time on extracurricular activities and not enough time studying, she gets and “F” for her final grade.

Tea Party Political Organization

The group purports to back governmental candidates that adhere to the following principles – fiscal responsibility, lower taxes, less government, states’ rights and national security.

It all sounds good on paper, let’s hope they can find candidates who not only “talk the talk but walk the walk.”

Prince of Fools

Wow found this great quote on someone’s blog page but there was no link to where it originated. Well worth posting so more people see it!

Quote:
—————–
“The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the presidency. It will be easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails us. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president.”

Absolutely on the money!!!

It’s been a really, really long year…sigh

… and three more years of this crap to go.  The “State of the Union” address was a let down, not so much because I had any high expectations but because I’ve been trying to be less negative about things, which didn’t work out once everything was said and done.

Once the speach was over it was clearly just the same old tired rhetoric that put me right back in my mantra of  “this sucks” and “everyone in D.C. is mentally challenged”.  That is not what I wanted.  However it was, as usual, the feeling I walked away with after listening.

I’d love to hear about less government, less red tape, less taxes, and overall a lot less of what we’ve had spewed on us since the Clinton era. This country needs to support the individual, never mind pandering only to those who’ve managed to squeeze out a couple more mentally stunted children.
Give people under $100k a year much much bigger tax cuts on a permanent basis. Make up the loss in tax revenue from corporations that outsource and manufacture overseas. Sadly we all know the buying power for the mega-wealthy special interest groups will never allow that…… and the the economy ruled by Corporatism continues.

At any rate, for those of you who didn’t want to watch the “State of the Union” and slipped on a dvd instead here is a quick synopsis of what was said, “Blah blah blah [clap clap clap]  same shit different day [clap clap clap] blah blah blah”.

A new year and a new decade.

My hope for the new decade is that it will be the start of an upward climb out of the pit of emotional and economic despair this country has been experiencing.

We need huge changes on every level of society and in every facet of our daily lives. Let’s strive to make wiser decisions for ourselves and hope that the people we elect into office make a major paradigm shift in the way they represent us and our interests.

Small business and manufacturing have been the backbone of this country since day one. Unfortunately the piles of cash huge companies throw around has leveraged out the the individual capitalist, setting the stage for the last several decades of Corporatism. I suggest that we stop pandering to these mega-corporations that have pillaged and plundered this nation for the last fifty years and bring back true capitalism. Let’s tie these pirates up in rules and regulations to prevent them from continuing this rape of our home, and let’s free the individual by removing the barriers, taxes, red tape, and fees that have strangled the life out of us making it nigh impossible for an individual to work for themselves.

As a country and as a society we need more responsibility on the individual level and the freedom to make those choices. The last thing we need is another decade of big bureaucracy with communist/socialist delusions of of some quasi-utopia.  Let’s say goodbye to “politically correctness” and cut momma’s apron strings so we can grow up and start taking care of business.

Upcoming Copenhagen treaty threat to U.S. Sovereignty!?

British Lord Christopher Monckton, Margaret Thatcher’s former science advisor, has studied the Copenhagen climate change treaty and says it’s a blueprint for one-world government.

NEVER talk to the cops! Says Law Professor and Police Detective

There are two great videos on YouTube.com from a university classroom lecture explaining why you should NEVER EVER talk to the police for ANY REASON!

Part 1 – Don’t Talk to the Cops: pt1

Part 2 – Don’t Talk to the Cops: pt2

Watching the two clips will take almost an hour but it is well worth your time. No matter who you are, no matter how much you are convinced you would never have any reason not to talk to a cop, watch this video and see if it doesn’t change your mind.
