It’s not a board game or a bad TV movie ….it’s real life in everyday America. Photograph an Officer of the Law and go directly to Jail!
Across the country the amount of Americans being prosecuted for recording law enforcement officials in public is on the rise. These prosecutions are spawning rampant fear that anyone who would even consider recording or photographing police and other law enforcement officials at work could be criminally charged for doing so.
This is just one more example of what has become an all too typical abuse of power by out of control governmental agencies. It is no wonder that under these circumstances, grass roots organizations seeking to reign in and down size Big Government are growing faster than ever.
Want more proof? Think this is just an isolated series of coincidences? Take a look at a few recent articles, there are plenty more where they came from.
